July 4th fun

I never finished writing about our fourth weekend which was super busy too. We went to SL for the fireworks after sheets of rain came down. THe grounds behind the hotel were soaked but we found a dry spot parked it and the girls did some of the crafts and activities around the square. Next year will bring face paint stuff b/c monica n them like stood in line for an hour and left when too tired. It was probably one of the coolest temp wise fourths I've ever been to around here. So that was nice. THough I brought everthing to take pics of the sl fireworks I didn't do it b/c it was so wet too much trouble. Plus keeping up with both girls. The fw didn't scare beba...that was good. Alexus found a school friend and hung out and played with them more than played with ashlea or Shaun n Erin. The concert with the fireworks seemed better last year and the crowds weren't as bad and so we breezed out of there. Sunday at the LEwis's was fun. The neighbors from Midland made my favorite, a MJ. Beba swam for the first time. I couldn't believe her 9 mth old bathing suit I bought was almost too small and the swimmer fit that we borrowed. I thought they would fall off. She like the water though it was pretty cold. SHe napped a bit but the wrong hires of Ken's played pool upstairs n woke her up. She is adorable and Alexus swam great with due the lessons she has done so well in. I think we saw GG earlier on Sunday and she didn't feel well but liked seeing the girls. Monday we mainly rest and cleaned up on our day off.
