How was your memorial day weekend?

I hope great. We swam, and swam and swam some more. The local recreation center here that we joined recently outdoor pool opened on Friday. So we did that on Friday afternoon and one of Alexus's little friend Ashley joined us. They had so much fun and it was not crowded at all. Saturday we joined her friend Shaun and Erin at the park to play in the sandbox and slide. Shaun and Alexus just have the best time together. Sunday evening we had a bbq to go to and more swimming but it was kind of cold and rained off and on. Monday morning she went to the bounce house place with her daddy and Monday afternoon swimming with me. We got a sitter and went to our favorite restr. last night. I was so pooped last night I was snoring by 9pm.

Please keep us in your prayers, this week though short will be stressful. We meet with a genetist on Thurs and I have a small precautionary outpatient procedure on Friday that I will have anethesia for.

I look forward to the following week. Alexus starts a tab, balley, jazz class on tuesdays and we have tickets each Friday to the movie they have for kids. Those afternoons I'm off will probably be spent at the pool. I swam ALL the TIME growing up..all summer it seemed. I wonder if she'll never get tired of it. Gotta remember to stock up on the sunscreen. That was something I wasn't good at doing til after highschool. I was a brown bear growing up. If she has Bill and my dad's side skin, she may be one too.

I got to get back on picture a day challenge. It was fun and even more fun to see some of the cute layouts people do of them. I want to do a calendar of them each month. Don't hold your breath but you may see something like that soon!
