A VERY WHITE CHRISTMAS

After a blizzard like Christmas Eve, we woke up to snow on the ground! That is so hard to believe. I've probably only seen one in my life it was probably in my home town growing up not here. Daddy went to so serve lunch at the Christian center after we opened gifts. Santa didn't bring too much a lot of small gifts since we got her a big bike for her birthday. Around 10am, we went outside to play in the snow but it really wasn't sticking together for snowmans and it was so icy...I think Alexus slipped and fell four times at least. Thank goodness I didn't. She liked to 'skate' around and I had fun watching her. We went down the street and watched the neighbors play before coming inside and getting ready for brunch.

Brunch was at the Worthington. It reminds me why I decided long ago not to do those too much anymore. They are typically not too good and too expensive but I let some family talk me into to it b/c of the pg. Plus gg was head strong to do it. After nap, we opened more gifts from Grammmy and GG and soon to bed. Whew, it some ways I'm glad Christmas is past us and and a new year is coming soon.
