Sickies

Well, the girls and I have been sick over the last couple weeks.  Cold not flu thank goodness but it's a bummer.   Eva was first then myself and now Alexus.  It's snowing here today just an inch or less but its pretty.  Everybody went to school.  Last weekend we had a fun weekend going on a Cake hunt downtown. All 250 of those cakes out there may be gone at the end of the year. So we went downtown up in the Arch and got about 11 cakes. Going in the arch was a first for both girls.  They wanted to go back down pretty fast. We went to the famous "crown candy" in St louis but wasn't that impressed.  We went to the mall to set up Alex's new bday present (IPAD) and then Santas Wonderland in Eureka to see the lights.  Wasn't too great either. It was a full day and I felt pretty bad the following day.  Friday we had pancakes with Santa at Alexus's school . That was fun.  This guy called Chris cakes makes em fresh and throws them from the grill to your plate. Kids got a kick of that.  Crafts and santa. I helped with crafts and pack up the books which I think kicked off my getting sick.  Eva had "luther" all weekend from her old school.  He's the bear in the pics. You can tell from last pic. Eva was done after a couple of hours.   But really got to see alot downtown that I haven't seen.
