Alexus swim team

Another big time committment has been swim team this summer. It's been a great way for all of us to meet local people but she has to go to practice 3x a week and on Mondays for 6 times they have meets from 5 to 11pm. She has placed second, third and fourth place in her relays and she placed in some individuals.  She's just a fish...like mommy was. She swam in  "All County" (all county swim teams participate) kind of by accident.  We didn't sign her up to do it but some how she was so after her bridesmaid fitting she participated and did well.  Sunday was the ice cream social and awards and girls swam afterwards. Alexus got "ROOKIE OF THE YEAR". So exciting!!!

I'm glad she did and will miss going to the lake and Comminuty association couple times a week.  I love this pic of her the team photographer took. doesn't she look old...more like 10 or older?
