We did alot of fun stuff in KC, MO for getting there only on Sat. afternoon. We went to Oklahoma Joes, world famous bbq place and waiting in a line 45 minutes. It was pretty good but I'll get it to go next time. We check in to hotel which was ES in plaza and it was probably the worst ES we've stayed in. We went to Abuleo's that night (yummy!) and cupcake store cross street (super yummy) We went to Crowne plaza before that went to Crayola store, chocolate store and lots of other places. They had a wizard of oz exhibit which eva went gagga for. Her and her friend claire are so into that. Next a.m. bill took girls to Legoland place. We met my friend from Midland in 9th grade and her family at Houston's rest. that night. So good. Then we went to Kalediscope ad Hallmark visitor center both super neat. We met angela at chuy's for lunch and nicer day so went to park by her house and they played. Eva stayed in car. They stayed up late swimming at hotel embassy suites both nights so she was super tired. Have to admit on my actual bday I was super down. The weather has just got me really down. I mean it's 15 degrees right now. Never thought I'd live somewhere where it was so cold for so long. I'm really waiting for spring to arrive. Pray for Lord to lift my spirits meanwhile.
