cute desktop for Sept. Nice relaxing (as it can be w two lil ones) holiday weekend. We cooked ribs and chicken last night after we spent half the day at the innsbrook, mo lake swimming on the beach. Its much closer but smaller than lake of the Ozarks. It was nice. We went to science center and planetarioum downtown Sat for the mummy exhibit. It was hot and it has been for awhile. cooler today should be nice. Took girls to spend some the GG money she gave them so graciously. Eva got mochasins and a puppy for her doll. Alexus got boots and her dolls ears pierced. Thanks so much GG. Girls loved going just wish she was here to go with us.
Dad took the girls to transportation museum near us this a.m. which I hear is quite cool. Hope the girls enjoy that with him. We had curriculum night last week. Kind of a whirlwind. No spelling tests but they are expected to learn a list of words a week. 20 min or reading a night and math facts. Plus any assigned homework.
