New Traditions ..Happy Fourth of July

well after bout five years of doing the same in the keller southlake area on the 4th, we started a new tradition.  We saw fireworks this year but on the 4th at Chesterfield Mall. They were incredible.  They y\say it was about $60k in fireworks.  IT was 3rd of the all time great fireworks I've ever seen. NY being first and Chicago downtown second.  We also went a decent parade in O'Fallon.  We skipped the carnival b/c it was crowded.  We been doing a TON of unpacking.  Gotten a lot done due to having off and the holiday for bill.  We went to the splash pad on the 4th at Millenium park in Creve Cour.  We found a PEI WEI yay that wasn't too far.  TG there is a starbucks close b/c there aren't too many in these parts.   We TRIED to see Dispicable ME 2 but it was pretty bad and after $35 we left early b/c eva wanted to leave and let everybody know it too.  Girls rooms almost done and kitchen unpacked.  Just not even thinking about our offices and gameroom in the basement.  Been bummed we don't really have much of a backyard today.  Loved to put girls out there like we did at ole house.  B/C house is on a large slope up to a wooded area.  We played at alexus's future school playground. There are two really big ones.  Hope to post pics later. I didn't take too many though for me.  Missed home for the first time really today probably b/c the whole backyard thing.
